If there is a mistake in your order, We have arranged our policy in such a way that you can request to exchange after receiving your item within 7days of receipt. To make the item able for return, it must be in the same condition, such as undamaged, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase the items and receipt will also be necessary for you to process a return & exchange.

For return of an item, an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number is required. To avail an RMA number, please go to the return and refund center. All refunds are subjected to inspection and do not represent final guarantee RMA refunds are eligible for 30 days only.

  • Place the product and original packaging into a shipping case.
  • Put the invoice and provide us with the reason for the return.
  • If the product was defective, please specify the defect.
  • Please do not tape any stickers or labels on the original packaging of the product.
  • Please put the RMA number clearly on the shipping case to prevent any disqualification.
  • Describe briefly the problem in the module
  • Tell us what u have tried to use the module and to be sought out the problem
  • Mention the code that is given on the outer covering
  • Take a picture of your faulted gadget within bright lightning in order to clearly show fault and code as well
  • Send us the clear video and picture
  • Missing items, wrong items, or incorrect packages sent will not be considered.

In case of dissatisfaction with your purchase, you can return it for a refund within 7days. Ship it to our warehouse (shipping and handling charges are excluded).

Eligibility for Return

All returned or exchanged items must fulfill following:

  • Must be returned within 7 Days of purchase date.
  • Items must be in new condition.
  • Items must be in their original packaging.
  • Packaging Must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all the accessories.
  • Ship back returned items(s) via insured ground service (UPS, FedEx or DHL) with the tracking number of your order. Shipping charges for returning the item(s) are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible and will not compensate for lost or damaged packages.

We reserve the right to refuse any return if there are:

  • Parts of the item are missing, damaged or broken.
  • Any signs of wear and tear.
  • Washed, worn, misused, or items outside the 30-day warranty time-period.
  • Shipping fees for returning the goods are at the customer’s own expense.

If you find any noticeable differences or damages when you received your purchased item(s), or if you received the wrong item, please refer to the What to do if there is a discrepancy with your order(s).
