No, Sleek It hair does not offer refunds. All sales are final. Rest assured, we double check each order before shipping to ensure quality. When placing an order, make sure you choose the correct lengths, texture and/or color.

DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?
No, Sleek it Hair does not offer exchanges due to the nature of the product. If, you received the wrong item contact the customer within 48 hours. Please be sure to order the correct products before checking out on our site. 

HOW LONG DOES ORDER PROCESSING TAKE?

DOES SLEEK IT HAIR OFFER EXPEDITED SHIPPING?
Yes, we do offer expedited shipping! Please choose your shipping method of choice during the checkout process.

ARE YOUR WIG OR EXTENSIONS 100% HUMAN HAIR?
Yes, we offer 100% Human Hair. It consists of the highest quality and has little to no shedding.

HOW MANY BUNDLES ARE RECOMMENDED FOR STYLING?
The amount of bundles you need will be based upon the desired look your trying to achieve. For a full look, 3 bundles is usually required for hair up to 18 inches. Lengths over 20 inches we recommend at least 3-5 bundles or more bundles for more fuller look. Also, depends on the Texture.

HOW LONG DOES SLEEK IT HAIR WIG OR EXTENSIONS LAST?
SLEEK It Hair  can last long depending on the way you treat the hair.  Affordable Collection 6 Months or more. Luxury Collection Up to 2 years. FIJI Collection up to 1 Year. Blonde Collection up to 1 Year. Indian Collection up to 3 Years with proper care and Maintenance. We recommend co-washing the hair with Sleek It Hair conditioner. 

CAN I COLOR MY SLEEK IT HAIR WIG OR EXTENSIONS?
Yes, you can but we recommend hiring a professional colorist to help achieve the desired look that you want.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO AN ORDER?
After order is placed we do not make changes. If you notice an error made with your address contact us Immediately! If your order has already been processed, we won't be able to change it. Please visit our Contact Us page.
